I have taken on a commission for a comic, and so I've decided to set a secure price range. Keep in mind time and scripting factors.

You MUST submit a plot idea for the comic, whether major or minor. I will not think up comic ideas.

SCRIPTS:If you submit a script, containing dialogue, panel cues, and plot/setting, you will get a discount of %10. The more detailed the script, the higher the discount.

Linework: $10 A panel

Finalized: $15 A panel

-Payment will be done through PayPal only, with US dollars.

-Payment is not required until the client has seen a clear-cut sketch of the proposed commission and has approved of it.

-I will not proceed with the commission until payment has been made at that point.

- If you would like me to make changes to palette and pose, please tell me now before I finalize the picture.

- If there are minor details that I missed/messed up *a particular marking, hair styling, key object missing, etc* I will be happy to make changes in the finalized version. However, I will only do this once.

- I will not refund your money if you are displeased with the picture. If you paid after seeing the sketch, and you do not approve of the final version, I will make changes; if, afterward, you are still displeased, then I apologize but you will not be refunded.

-I will only refund your money if, for whatever reason, I am unable to finish your commission.

-If you would like me to finish a commission by a certain date, please let me know beforehand. I would like to know least 2 weeks in advance.

- Yes, you may post my commission in your own gallery if you would like. However, I ask that you give me credit for the artwork.

ALL OF THIS INFO IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. If you commission me, please be attentive to these rules. If, you commission me, and these rules change during your commission, you will not be bound by the changes.

Commission for :iconschwartze: of her character Ophelia the Forsaken in a human form, sharing a tender moment with RedGod's character Torleik the Bloodskald.

I swear I haven't been sacrificed in demonic rituals. Rest assured I'm not quite a virgin.

Ophelia the Forsaken is (c) :iconschwartze:

Guardian of the Forest- Comission by equusamor
The composition is well done, and the technical aspect (when it comes to hair and other such detail) is superb. You have a knack for really analyzing detail, evidenced by the strong, well-proportioned composition of the druid's head, particularly its eyes. As a whole, this picture seems as though you had a clear vision of it in your head, and you succeeded in realizing it as close to the original idea as possible.

The largest issue with this piece is the lack of variation within the shadows. There are two very prominent light sources (the eyes and the sunlight outside of the cave), yet the shadows don't seem to be dramatic enough to reflect that. By dramatic, I mean that the shadow on the far left of the picture (around the druid's tail) is about the same intensity of the shadow around the druid's middle, or even the shadow that edges really close to the sunlight. Shadow is ambient and responsive, especially when a powerful light source is present. Because of that, I'm not getting a sense of depth, that the space beneath the rock is a space that druid's actually occupying. This also carries over to the grass/dirt, and the rocks above.

In a lot of your pieces, you seem very observant and faithful of animal anatomy--now, you're ready to experiment with exaggerated forms to convey expression and emotion. The sense I'm getting from the druid is a huntress on the prowl, someone with a purpose, secretive and powerful at the same time. But their pose is static and impersonal--a stock pose, instead of a pose characterized by the character. Try sketching this pose again, but experimenting with exaggerating the curve of the spine, the hunch of the shoulders, the rise of the neck ruff--small parts of her anatomy to really bring attitude to the subjects you've drawn. You've done well to learn the basics, but it's time to thrust yourself out of your comfort level >:D

I hope this helped some. :)

SO a lot of you have noticed a certain influx of stuff from me over the past few weeks. Rest assured that this flow isn't stopping *too* soon, at the very least.

It's true that I've been away from this place for quite a while, yet my absence hasn't been idle in the slightest ^^; I've been drawing feverishly all year, though sadly I've posted very little of my work, which was converted into prints to sell at my very first Artist's Alley vendor spot at an Anime Convention! It was very exciting for me and I'm definitely hooked; pretty soon I'll need to be preparing for next year's conventions, on top of all the school work I'll have to tackle at the end of the month.

But not yet! I still have some time to work on some personal projects for my sanity. It's not too hard to imagine how hard it is to find time to draw between classwork and a full time job, though somehow I'm able to find some, even though most of that time will probably be spent on commission work and more prints for the next year.

I'm sorry to be rather slow with keeping up with notes and messages and whatnot, as well as keeping up with journal updates; for a while now I've been suspecting that social anxiety has something to do with my reluctance to answer messages :C Also, I absolutely hate writing journals for some reason. I don't know why...

ANYWAY, as always, I'm throwing out a big-ass THANK YOU to all you fly-ass watchers who have decided to stick around, regardless of my inactivity  I love you all!
